release 5.3 has been a terrible update, While the release has a lot of good new features, it simply crashed for a lot of users at the very beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This took me by surprise and gave me a few sleepless nights. The problem was in the checking of the release itself at the very beginning to prevent malicious copies. Unfortunately some bad code sneaked in which led to a crash for many users so that the app was not usable anymore. As this code worked for me in testing I did not expect a problem at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fortunately I was able to fix the issue quickly and now everything is back to normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I want to thank all my users for the feedback on the issue and also for the patience in waiting to get this fixed. I know that the app is mission critical for a lot of you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
